Our Private Dining option is an ideal choice for groups of friends or colleagues looking to enjoy a great night out in each others company.  Perfect for groups celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or work events we provide friendly staff, great food and exclusive use of your dining room. 

We have five Private Dining suites, many of which offer the high period ceilings and original features of our stunning Victorian hotel. With history woven into every one of the spacious rooms and beautiful views across Dundee or the River Tay, The Best Western Queen's Hotel offers a unique setting in the heart of the city.

• Our first-floor Airlie and Duncan rooms, with views across the city, are ideal for private dining for up to 24 people for that special family dinner.
• Our first-floor Glamis and Montrose Rooms are ideal for groups of 20 to 80 on a lovely oval table or individual rounds.
• On the lower ground floor, our ballroom - the Victoria Suite - can accommodate up to 140 banquet guests.

There is lift access to all the function rooms as well as stairs.
