Fun for all the family in Dundee

Dundee is a very child-friendly city with lots to entertain young visitors.  Plenty of green space around Camperdown Park lets them run off a bit of steam and some of Scotland's best visitor attractions are within easy reach of the city centre. 

Sensation Science Centre

Modern day explorers head Sensation Science Centre, voted Scottish Family Attraction of the year in the Good Britain guide. With sixty interactive exhibits, this is a great spot to learn, play and explore.

Camperdown Park and Wildlife Centre

Situated just 3 miles from Dundee city centre, off Kingsway West (A90), Camperdown Country Park and wildlife Centre is a one of the city's most popular attractions and is loved by locals and visitors alike.

The biggest draw for youngsters though, is the fantastic wildlife centre which is home to many different species. There are also fabulous events all year round and from summer 2015 Stagecoach buses intoduced the No.26 to link the city centre and Camperdown Wildlife Centre.

You'll also find the the Camperdown Play Complex, situated near the Wildlife Centre, which features a state-of-the-art play area with play equipment to suit all ages including slides, climbing nets and suspension bridges all located around a crow's nest, creating a pirate-ship theme.

The Fun Factory

The Fun Factory is home to Scotland’s newest and largest soft play area and is a fabulous option for rainy days or letting off some steam. The soft play area has separate sections for each age group to make sure your child has the best possible fun.

For the young and mischievous aged 1 to 4 years there is a toddler soft play area with a twin lane bumpy slide, a large ball pool and hanging snakes, plus an observation pod.

For the dare devils aged 5 to 11 years there is a colossal 3 level play structure with a gigantic astra slide, curly wurly slide and rickety rope bridge plus much more.

There is also a sensory room for children with additional or special support needs to ensure everyone has fun and no one misses out.
